Registration is quick and easy and provides you with private access to the Artworker+ system to create and manage your orders.
After registering your account, you will receive a welcome email, click the verification link within the email to verify your account.
Verification helps us ensure the email you nominated is correct and verifies your identity.
Login
If you've forgotten your Artworker+ password, using your registered email address you can recover access, following these steps.
To recover access to your account:
- Go to Artworker+ Login page
- Click Reset Password
- Enter the email address you used for Artworker+ and click Next
- Click on the Create New Password link we email to you, and you will be routed to
the create new password screen. - We'll then ask you to create a new password.
Pay As You Go
With our pay-as-you-go packages, you only pay for the number of hours you need for your project. You can start with the Bronze, Silver, or Gold package and top up your hours as you go along.
NOTE: All new customers receive the first 2 hours free upon initial membership sign-up, subject to one per customer.
The packaged hours for each session include 2 hours for our Bronze package, 5 hours for our Silver package, and 10 hours for the Gold package. These hours are per session and can be used in one go or spread out across multiple sessions.
Yes, you can have up to 3 active orders at any given time. This means that you can use your hours for 3 different projects simultaneously.
No. Any unused hours will accumulate and be available for future job - so the hours purchased will never be wasted.
Subscription Plan
It is a bundled number of services that you can subscribe to monthly or annually.
You can register by filling in the form found by clicking on the Subscribe button from the Pricing & Plans page.
Order Management
An Order is the selected service that is requested to be worked on.
It is the time spent on an order which is deducted from your total allocated or purchased hours.
It’s the time an order is waiting in a status column.
It’s the maximum number of orders provided in your chosen package.
It’s the maximum number of hours provided to you depending on your chosen package.
It’s the maximum number of simultaneous orders determined by your chosen package.
It’s the maximum amount of storage space provided for file attachments determined by your chosen package.
Payment
Select a package tier that suits your needs and purchase online. You can choose between a pay-as-you-go model or a monthly subscription.
Simply log into your account and purchase more hours as you need.
Unfortunately no. However, any unused hours will accumulate and be available for future job - so the hours purchased will never be wasted.
When you cancel your subscription plan, the cancellation will occur on the next subscription renewal date of the following month.
Any refund occurred will be handled by our Account Manager directly to you.
Yes, you can update your payment method at any time.
When the payment transaction fails, the system will generate an unpaid invoice. You have a two-day grace period to retry the subscription renewal.
You can find them in the Account Menu > Manage Payment/Invoices > Manage Invoices & Receipts.
